The general objective of the research was to describe the practice of ethics and labor law of workers. It was developed from a quantitative approach. In addition, it was supported by documentary-bibliographic analysis, consisting of refereed articles, theses and standards, for their respective analysis and interpretation. The survey technique was used, which was applied to a sample of 164 servers and officials of the Local Educational Management Unit, Chepén, 2023. It is concluded that the practice of ethics in the labor law of the workers of the Chepén Local Educational Management Unit is directly related as evidenced in the results obtained. This leads to an efficient labor activity, related to the respect for individual and collective rights and values, which allows facing difficulties in the exercise of the public function.
