Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze noise pollution in urban areas and balanced environmental law, Trujillo, Peru. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources, articles, rules and laws, describing the findings. The documentary review technique was used. Resorting to the inductive-deductive method. In addition, the survey technique was used, whose instrument was the questionnaire, applied to a population formed by the citizens of the Historical Center of the city of Trujillo, with a sample of 363 citizens. It is concluded that noise pollution does negatively affect the right to a balanced and adequate environment of the citizens in the Historic Center of the city of Trujillo 2021, in 36.60%.
