Abstract

The general objective of the research was the legal analysis of corruption in judicial operators and effective justice in the district of Chimbote, Peru. The method used was the quantitative approach, resorting to the documentary-bibliographic typology. The material addressed consisted of graduate theses, scientific research, and refereed works. As for the population, it was made up of 42,169 inhabitants and a sample of 381, applying a survey. It was concluded that 43% had a good perception of the corruption of judicial operators, 29.1% a fair perception and 27.8% a bad perception. Regarding effective justice, 41.5% had a very good perception, 34.4% a fair perception, 23.6% a bad perception and 0.5% a very bad perception. In both research factors, the percentages of bad and fair perception represented the majority of respondents.
