Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the denaturalization of the service contract in the violation of labor rights, Peru. The present research developed the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied, and the analytical-synthetic method was also used. The use of these methods made it possible to analyze legal documents and bibliographies. The sample for the present study was 83, which was obtained using the finite population formula. It is concluded that, in the dimensions of the variable denaturalization of the service lease contract, the medium level predominates in descending order. In the dimensions of the variable violation of labor rights, the high level prevailed.
