Abstract

VIGO-ROJAS, Celia Janet; ROJAS-LUJAN, Victor William; YACHE-CUENCA, Eduardo Javier  and  ORDINOLA-VIEYRA, José Martin. Scarce regulation of solid waste from civil construction and environmental contamination, Trujillo, Peru. Iustitia Socialis [online]. 2023, vol.8, suppl.2, pp.90-102.  Epub May 16, 2024. The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the scarce regulatory norms on solid waste from civil construction and environmental contamination, Trujillo, Peru. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, in addition a questionnaire was designed, for a sample of 40 specialized lawyers. It is based on the analytical-synthetic methods. It also resorts to the inductive-deductive method. It is concluded that there is a scarce regulation related to the management of construction and demolition waste from civil works, since there is only Law No. 28611, which stipulates a series of principles that ensure the care of the environment at a national level. These should contribute to and encourage the establishment of an integrated and coordinated system among all governmental entities.
