The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the ineffectiveness of protection measures for women victims of violence. Case: Femicide. It was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references. The analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used. The sample consisted of 77 lawyers who were provided with a questionnaire as an instrument. It is concluded that the incidence of the ineffectiveness of protection measures for women victims of violence is significant in femicide in Chepén-2023, by virtue of Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.245 (low positive), in the three dimensions of the variable ineffectiveness of protection measures for women victims of violence, the medium level prevails in descending order: ineffective protection with 66.2%; protection measures with 50.6%, and constitutional condition of the victim with 41.5%.
