The general objective of the research was to make a legal analysis of educational institutions as responsible for crimes against sexual freedom to the detriment of students. Spearman's Rho statistic was used. The sample consisted of 80 people, including criminal judges, prosecutors and lawyers specialized in criminal law in the province of Chiclayo to whom the questionnaire was applied. It is concluded that the educational institution should be considered as a civilly liable third party when the dependent sexually assaults the student, since it is jointly and severally liable as it is subject to the so-called indirect civil liability, which is of a normative nature.
