The objective is to propose the creation of a Digital Observatory for the monitoring and dissemination of the principles of the right to justice in the province of Imbabura. Descriptive research was applied, based on the analytical-synthetic research method and observation. The sample consisted of 43 subjects, in addition to two key informants. The observation guide yielded data confirming that unemployment has forced the inhabitants to opt for informal jobs. It was concluded that discrimination by ethnicity is considered the most frequent act of injustice in the area, even though it is the responsibility of the State to guarantee, without discrimination, the fulfilment of the rights established in the Constitution. The creation of a Digital Observatory was proposed as an academic, social and interdisciplinary organisation that aims to study, monitor and disseminate the functioning of the right to justice in the context of the study.
