Migration poses significant challenges for human rights education and protection. The aim of the research is to analyze the education and protection of human rights in the migrant population. Documentary research, the population consisted of 26 scientific articles. In this research, documentary categories were identified that underline the complexity of the migration phenomenon: i) the experience of dignity and human rights, ii) inclusive curriculum and educational practices, iii) the impact of migration on education, iv) tensions between human rights and public order, v) social policies and human rights, vi) perceptions of migrants' rights, vii) the effects of migration during the pandemic, viii) child development and parental migration, ix) public health and migration, x) migration and economic development. Inclusive education and human rights are essential to ensure the dignity of the migrant.
