Objective:
The general objective of the research was to describe Burnout Syndrome in healthcare workers as a consequence of Covid-19.
Method:
The method used in this research was based on the quantitative perspective using the documentary-bibliographic typology that allowed to establish the analysis of the object of research and had the objective of describing the subject matter.
Results:
It was established that the health sector has been one of the most affected by the pandemic, facing enormous medical needs and constant pressure to save lives.
Conclusions:
Burnout syndrome is a significant challenge for healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is critical that measures are taken to prevent and address this syndrome, thus ensuring the health and well-being of these professionals.
