Objective:

The general objective of the research was to describe the strengthening of health service quality through an institutional management model.

Method:

The method developed in this study was based on the quantitative perspective using the documentary-bibliographic typology that helped to establish the analysis of the object of research.

Results:

An efficient institutional management model is characterized by the adequate planning of human, material and financial resources, as well as by the optimization of health care processes.

Conclusions:

To ensure the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of health care, it is important to strengthen the quality of medical services through an institutional management model. The implementation of this model will contribute to improving the patient experience, optimizing the use of resources and strengthening health services.
