Results:

it was evident that 75% of the students presented episodic acute stress and 25% acute stress, of which 60% presented a type of nocturnal bruxism, 30% mixed bruxism and only 10% daytime bruxism.

It is recommended to use relief splints, avoid situations that generate high levels of stress, take advantage of free time to rest, have a good sleep routine, improve your diet, and do some recreational activity.
