AGUERO CORZO, Eucaris del Carmen  e  DAVILA MORAN, Roberto Carlos. Impact of creativity on the entrepreneurial capacity of university students. Prohominum [online]. 2024, vol.6, n.2, pp.93-108.  Epub 15-Dez-2024. ISSN 2665-0169.  https://doi.org/10.47606/acven/ph0253.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of creativity on the entrepreneurial capabilities of Peruvian university students. The research adopted a quantitative approach, utilizing a non-experimental, basic design with an explanatory level. The sample consisted of 42 industrial engineering students from a private university in Lima, enrolled in the 8th cycle of the Project Management course. Creativity was measured using Williams' Creativity Assessment Inventory, and entrepreneurial capabilities were assessed using the Entrepreneurial Attitudes and Capabilities Orientation Scale. The findings revealed that 42.9% and 50.0% of students exhibited a medium level of creativity and entrepreneurial capabilities, respectively. It was confirmed that the p-value = 0.045 < 0.05, establishing a significant association between creativity and entrepreneurial capabilities. Similar results were observed in the analysis of need for achievement, leadership, teamwork, and risk perception.

Palavras-chave : Creativity; entrepreneurial capabilities; need for achievement; teamwork; leadership; risk perception.
