The teaching of biochemistry and pharmacy in higher education is continually evolving due to scientific and technological advancements. The need for innovative pedagogical methods becomes imperative to provide students with updated and high-quality training in these disciplines. The aim was to identify effective innovations that enhance the learning process and understanding of key concepts in these areas. A mixed-methods research approach was conducted, which included literature reviews, surveys of students and faculty, as well as the implementation and evaluation of various pedagogical methodologies. Data on academic performance, participant feedback, and direct observations in educational settings were analyzed. The results indicate that the innovations introduced in the teaching of biochemistry and pharmacy showed significant improvements in students' conceptual understanding, their motivation towards the subject, and their ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. An increase in active student participation and higher information retention were observed. The findings support the importance of implementing pedagogical innovations in the teaching of biochemistry and pharmacy in higher education. Integrating new technologies, interactive approaches, and student-centered methodologies can significantly enhance the learning process, preparing students to meet the scientific and professional challenges in these disciplines.
