The current research entitled critical success factors and organizational effectiveness of higher technological institutes in La Libertad - Peru, 2021; aimed to determine to what extent critical success factors influence the organizational effectiveness of Higher Technological Institutes in La Libertad - Peru, 2021; and for that purpose, an application-observational cross-sectional study was applied, with a quantitative approach of explanatory level and with a descriptive-causal correlational design; the sample was made up of 66 Higher Technological Institutes of La Libertad, which were represented by their headmasters and to whom two 20-item questionnaires were applied in order to obtain the values of each dimension and variables presented in this research; thus, the obtained result was a Spearman’s Rho Coefficient of 0.739 and a coefficient of multiple R determination of 0.767, which lead to the conclusion that the values of the organizational effectiveness are influenced, in a 76.7%, by the results from the critical success factors.
