Emotions have a significant influence on the dynamics of different work teams and organizational productivity. This study aims to analyze the impact of emotions on the dynamics of work teams in a savings and credit cooperative in Machachi, Ecuador. It is approached from a mixed-method perspective, applying instruments such as questionnaires and direct observation. The main results indicate that positive emotions, such as joy and enthusiasm, significantly contribute to greater motivation and work efficiency, while negative emotions, such as stress and frustration, decrease team cohesion and performance. Additionally, emotional intelligence and a close relationship with management were highlighted as crucial for effectively managing emotions and resolving conflicts, creating a more harmonious and productive work environment.
