The objective of this research was to analyze the hiring of the Peruvian state in times of pandemic. The methodology consisted of a systematic review of scientific articles referring to the study analysis, for which various databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo, Lantindex were accessed. The results showed that there is Little research on the subject of study, however, it was identified that the review of bidding and direct contracting processes has triggered the presence of corruption. The conslusions showed that the hiring was important for the positioning of the country due to the various investments that are made in the domestic market.
