PERFECTO SOSA, Antonio Donato et al. Optimism in university students: the role of gender and age. Prohominum [online]. 2025, vol.7, n.1, pp.153-168.  Epub 24-Maio-2025. ISSN 2665-0169.  https://doi.org/10.47606/acven/ph0320.

The objective of the research was to determine the influence of human talent management (GTH) on the quality of educational service (CSE) in a high school in the province of Chanchamayo 2024, the research was of basic type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a quantitative approach, the population consisted of 245 students, of the 199 students surveyed the results indicated that an efficient management of human resources translates into a majority perception in the CSE, students in 62. This perception was supported by statistical analysis: the predictive model showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the two variables (p<0.000, Chi-square=67. 339), on the other hand, the Pseudo R data indicate that the Nagelkerke value reaches 40.9% and Wald 45.889; this study indicates an influence of GTH on SES and emphasises how effective human talent management improves educational quality and helps to reduce educational gaps, which is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
