GUTIERREZ-ASCON, Jaime Eduardo; AMADO-SOTELO, Julio Fabian; PALOMINO-TIZNADO, Máximo Darío  y  ARIAS-PITTMAN, José Augusto. Resilience: Is a key factor in process management and business productivity. Episteme Koinonía [online]. 2022, vol.5, n.10, pp.124-135.  Epub 01-Ene-2023. ISSN 2665-0282.  https://doi.org/10.35381/e.k.v5i10.2066.

The objective of this research is to determine the incidence of resilience as a key factor in process management and business productivity. From a descriptive type supported by a correlational statistical analysis with a non-experimental field design. The population consisted of 23 company representatives. Since p value (0.04) is significant and less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), H1 or affirmative hypothesis is accepted and H0 or null is rejected, which indicates that resilience as a key factor is favorable in the management of processes and business productivity in Peru. In this sense, the approach to business management with emphasis on resilience is favorable; however, it is necessary to promote this psychological element as part of the business culture of Peru, with the intention of promoting greater chances of managing to overcome the adversities generated since the pandemic by COVID-19.

Palabras clave : Economic behaviour; occupational psychology; productivity.
