The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and teaching performance of an educational institution in the province of Chiclayo. For this, the quantitative approach of descriptive type and non-experimental design with correlational analysis was used. The census population was made up of 48 teachers between appointed and hired. According to the results found, it is concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship between the organizational culture and the teaching performance of an educational institution in the province of Chiclayo, Peru. The culture of the organization is a determining factor for the development of a quality teaching performance; what is achieved with the projection of the institutional values of the current members towards the rest; continuous improvement being the key institutional value for this result, accompanied by a continuous, critical, reflective and collaborative feedback process.
