Resumen

A systematic review of articles was carried out using the PRISMA method. Forty-three articles registered in three databases (SCOPUS, SCIELO and WOS) were used as references. The study reveals the importance of virtual education in the educational sector in the last four years. In addition, among the articles reviewed, the relevance of teaching skills in the use of digital tools related to the learning process in virtual education stands out. Students also showed great interest in the use of technology in learning and the interest of teachers in the use of technological resources and the sustainability of virtual education. In this sense, this study confirms the correlation between planned and organized virtual training with effective and efficient learning outcomes.
