Abstract

The general objective of the research was to analyze cultural consumption and technology. Trends and alternatives in the educational model of the Postgraduates College, Mexico. The study was carried out from a quantitative perspective, through the recovery, compilation and critical analysis of documentary and bibliographic references. In this sense, from a documentary bibliographic design, the researchers carried out a research process in which the study population was based basically on written documents such as refereed papers and theses. In addition, it was based on the analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods. It is possible to conclude that it is possible to see the emergence of recognizing an educational pedagogical model that does not respond to the hegemony of single thinking, based on the dictates of capitalism and the dominant class. Therefore, a social and political transformation is required, which bets on a liberating and reflexive education.
