Communication between students and teachers is significant for the success of the learning process. The aim of the article is to analyze the dynamics of student-teacher communication in university teaching. The method used was a systematic review, with an exploratory, non-experimental and cross-sectional scope focused on various methods, procedures and technologies that have influenced the dynamics of university communication. It also addresses the impact of virtual education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how artificial intelligence has influenced this dynamic. The need to adapt to the challenges that arise in virtual environments, such as distance education, and the importance of effective communication between teachers and students in university education are highlighted, emphasizing the relevance of innovative strategies and emerging technologies to enrich classroom interaction and adapt to virtual environments.
