PONCE-RUIZ, Dionisio Vitalio e ISEA-ARGUELLES, Josía Jeseff. Emerging pedagogical theories in the context of a multicultural and fractal world. Episteme Koinonía [online]. 2025, vol.8, n.16, pp.369-390. Epub 20-Set-2025. ISSN 2665-0282. https://doi.org/10.35381/e.k.v8i16.4627.
The purpose of this paper was to analyze the emerging pedagogical theories of the last 50 years, within the framework of a multicultural and fractal world. A descriptive quantitative approach was used to analyze teacher training problems associated with the use of complexity theory and fractal learning. As a result, a comparison was established between the transpositional and fractal relationship, between sociocultural transpositional theory and popular education, and between sociocultural transposition and complexity theory; therefore, a model of educational leadership training was presented based on the use of theories in an articulated manner to achieve transpositional environments of professional training. In conclusion, the theories analyzed constituted epistemic references for teachers, who have been shaping their pedagogical cultural heritage.
