The objective of this research was to apply the Pedagogical Leadership Program to improve teaching performance in educational institutions in Chepén. The methodology was applied, with a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of 50 teachers: 25 teachers corresponded to the control group and 25 to the experimental group. A questionnaire with 32 items was applied, validated by experts. Reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha, showing a high reliability index of 0.938. Data analysis was performed with SPSS. v 25 software, the Wilcoxon statistical test with an asymptotic sig. of 0.021 and the Friedman test with an asymptotic sig. of 0.0000. It was concluded that the Pedagogical Leadership Program had a positive and significant influence on the strengthening of teaching performance as demonstrated by the hypothesis.
