The objective of this research was to determine if the casuistic program improves critical thinking in high school students of an educational institution, Trujillo 2024. The type of research was applied with a quasi-experimental level, quantitative approach, experimental design and longitudinal cut. A population of 280 secondary school students of both sexes was considered; the sample consisted of 27 students. The technique used to collect information was a survey and the instruments used were questionnaires correctly validated through expert judgment, whose reliability was 0.745 according to Cronbach's Alpha, thus being high. It was concluded that the implementation of the casuistic program had a positive and significant effect on the improvement of critical thinking in high school students of the educational institution of Trujillo.
