The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of knowledge management and the use of digital tools on educational quality in teaching practice. For this purpose, a review of the literature published between 2019 and 2024 was conducted, following the PRISMA guidelines, using the Scopus, Web of Science, and SciELO databases. Ten studies were selected that met the inclusion criteria, which focused on strategies to strengthen these competencies in teachers. The results revealed that the effective implementation of knowledge management could improve teaching competencies, allowing a better integration of technological tools in the classroom. In conclusion, future empirical research is necessary to assess the effectiveness and long-term impact of these strategies, thereby achieving a more comprehensive understanding of how competencies are applied in educational practice.
