The general objective of this article was to analyze how the implementation of emerging technologies influences teaching performance in technological higher education. The study presents a qualitative approach, of a documentary nature under a systematic review design based on the search, selection and analysis of 18 articles indexed in international databases such as Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc and Web of Science. The results show that technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, virtual learning environments, adaptive platforms and chatbots contribute to pedagogical innovation, the personalization of teaching and the strengthening of teachers' digital skills. It is concluded that emerging technologies represent a strategic opportunity to improve teaching performance in technological higher education, provided that their incorporation is supported by training programs, investment in infrastructure and regulatory frameworks that guarantee their responsible and sustainable implementation.
