FERNANDEZ-ARANA, Mariuxi Lorena. Digital strategies in understanding mathematics for secondary school students. Episteme Koinonía [online]. 2026, vol.9, n.17, pp.148-161. Epub 30-Jun-2026. ISSN 2665-0282. https://doi.org/10.35381/e.k.v9i17.4907.
The objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of digital strategies in improving secondary school students' understanding of mathematics. The methodology consisted of a positivist study with a quantitative, quasi-experimental approach using control and experimental groups. The technique used was observation and pretest and posttest design, with the Likert scale as the measurement instrument. The sample consisted of 50 secondary school students from a public institution, of which 25 constituted the experimental group and 25 the control group. Among the results, it was determined that the experimental group achieved very good and excellent performance, while the control group remained at a good and regular level. In conclusion, it was possible to affirm that digital strategies facilitated the understanding of mathematics among secondary school students.
