Organizations constantly evolve and with-it organizational action. Managerial management and strategies are required that commit managers and directors to face the need to adapt to changes, which is a day-to-day task. This context allows the introduction of innovative elements such as "Correlative Management" which supports humanist and social aspects, and allows establishing correlations between the factors involved in the various management strategies, depending on the situation, integrating the staff, respecting their labor rights. and/or personal in the manager's decision-making. Methodologically it is qualitative in nature, that is, it is intended to use data collection without numerical measurement to describe or refine research questions in the interpretation process. In this sense, a dialogic relationship is established between the theoretical contextualization, as well as the contribution that each of the key informants, as a hermeneutic input for the construction of the interpretative model. The preliminary results found, realize the need to project significant changes, towards a management training, which allows modeling a correlative integral management structure, which involves the participation of the personnel in the transformation processes, as well as the consensus in some of the decision-making when they do not respond to guidelines of a national nature, or well established in a legal manner, by the National Assembly.
