Sustainability and digitization are inexhaustible topics in the managerial world of postmodern organizations, this analysis gives the scientific course to the objective pursued in this article, it allows to locate the nature of the study within the qualitative approach and under the paradigm of critical theory. . In short, the sustainability approach in organizations translates into the deployment of alternatives to control the environmental impact by the company, culturally considered as a strategic movement to survive. Finally, management must commit to establishing ethical programs involved with the sustainability of the planet, where they incorporate sustainable business strategies in which their differential value proposition is in harmony with the environment, building a relationship of trust and respect with their consumers, employees and community in general.
