The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the reverse learning model and university didactics with teachers of university teaching, taking as the subject of study the first cycle at the “Enrique Guzmán y Valle” University, Lima, 2019. The population of our study was established by all first-cycle teacher students, made up of 62 students. Two questionnaires with 48 items were applied, respectively, to measure the reverse learning model variable in its six dimensions: Knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation in relation to the university didactic variable. For descriptive data they used frequency distribution tables, contingency tables and in order to test the hypothesis the χ2 test, symmetric measurements and the Pearson correlation test were used. It was concluded that the dimensions of the reverse learning model variable present a significant relationship with the university didactic variable, it presents a direct relationship with a value of 0.694 and the significance (P<0.05), if there is a direct and significant relationship between the reverse learning and university didactics with teachers with a mention in first cycle university teaching at the “Enrique Guzmán y Valle” University.
