The main goal of educational reform is to provide high-quality education, with the creation of inclusive educational institutions being crucial to achieve this. This study set out to examine how organizational management influences inclusive educational practices implemented in public schools in the commune of Arica during the year 2020. The research was developed through a quantitative correlational study for which interviews to collect direct information from those involved in the educational process, and subsequently the responses of 71 officials were statistically analyzed to verify the proposed hypothesis. The results indicated that organizational management was evaluated highly positively by the professionals consulted. Furthermore, inclusive educational practices showed a favorable evaluation, with reliable responses and a low level of variability.
