This essay is about e-government that has emerged as a powerful tool in the 21st century to promote transparency, efficiency and citizen participation in government decision-making, as well as how e-government and persuasion for citizen collaboration can play a crucial role in democratic reconstruction and strengthening trust in state institutions, through a series of persuasive strategies such as awareness campaigns, ease of use, rewards and recognition, effective communication, transparency and accountability that arise to motivate citizens to actively engage in political processes, it is intended from a reflective analytical approach to understand the significant political and social challenges in recent years, based on interpretive research.
