In the new educational context that is being implemented in the country, it fundamentally seeks to achieve true comprehensive teacher training, in addition to the effective participation of the educational community in general in order to contribute to the solution of the problems faced by the educational institutions, within the social and productive context. The purpose of the research is: Generate theoretical constructs for the training of general secondary education teachers in the "Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz" "General Cipriano Castro" "E.B. Colegio: Juan Vicente Bolívar y Ponte" Educational Institutions, belonging to the Pedro María Municipality Ureña, from the epistemological perspective and based on the theory of transcomplexity. The paradigm corresponds to the qualitative approach and phenomenological method, the concepts, beliefs and attitudes assumed in daily practice. For the purposes of the exploration, nine (09) key teaching informants will be interviewed, which correspond to: the educational units: "Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz" "General Cipriano Castro" "E.B. Colegio: Juan Vicente Bolívar y Ponte", belonging to the Pedro María Ureña Municipality, from the epistemological perspective and based on the theory of transcomplexity.
