The objective of the study was to establish the relationship between student leadership and communication skills in management students. The student leadership variable instrument presented 30 items and the communication skills instrument had 34 items with a polytomous scale, which were validated in their content through expert judgment and presented Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.931 for the student leadership variable and 0.902.
