The objective of the research was to propose an educational network model to strengthen the quality of the service of rural educational institutions in Morropón, Piura. The research methodology is of basic type, of a purposeful descriptive level with a non-experimental design. On the other hand, a sample of 90 employees was used, in which the instrument of a questionnaire composed of 35 items was applied, validated by expert judgment with a reliability index of 0.830 determined through Cronbach's Alpha. Obtaining results that revealed a medium level of perception regarding the quality of the service offered by rural schools; Therefore, it is proposed to propose an educational network model aimed at improving the service offered by educational institutions.
