A systematic review was carried out under the PRISMA approach on research related to post-COVID-19 pandemic banking, during the period between 2020 and the first half of 2023. The purpose was to know the main characteristics of the publications registered based on Scopus and WoS data with the proposed variables, achieving the identification of 57 publications in total. The analysis made it possible to understand the impact that economic reactivation policies have generated on banking use, after the pandemic. Likewise, how banks have institutionalized certain measures that have increased their productivity and perception in the market.
