Abstract

The agricultural sector promotes opportunities and guides us towards economic prosperity, by generating employment that allows eradicating destitution in vulnerable sectors; It is necessary to give added value to water and production factors, promote new policies to ensure lasting agriculture; The objective of the study is to determine the level of influence of agricultural production factors on economic growth in the Pasco region, applied research, qualitative explanatory approach, non-experimental design, used interviews, considered 15 participants and 30 articles extracted of the indexed journals that support the research. The results show that water is an essential element in agriculture, which is why adequate hydraulic infrastructure is required for timely cultivation, and to cope with prolonged droughts; It is concluded that agriculture, the factors of agricultural production directly influence economic growth and ensure community well-being, because it produces various economic utilities.
