ARTEAGA TORO, Doris Cecilia y OSORIO CARRERA, César Javier. DIGITAL COMPETENCE IN EDUCATION: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW. Aula Virtual [online]. 2024, vol.5, n.12, e339. Epub 25-Nov-2024. ISSN 2665-0398. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13227973.
The study consisted of the analysis of articles on digital competencies located in the Scopus database from 2020 to 2024, basically to understand the use of ICT under a new post-Covid 19 context. The methodological approach was qualitative, where it was supported by the analysis of 22 full articles. The study method applied was hermeneutic and interpretative, the criteria considered were the research approach, population, sample, technique and instrument, and a summary of the main results. Although digital competence was being developed before the pandemic, the documents reveal that there is still a need to reinforce the praxis of teachers and students. They need to know and practice the use of tools to motivate and achieve the expected learning. However, it is noteworthy that human capital has the predisposition to learn, and several experimental studies have shown that after the program they improve their ability and performance in the digital environment. At the same time, it is necessary for the State to design policies and implement programs so that institutions have access to the Internet, equipment and software.
