Currently, inclusive education is a topic that needs exploration in the educational sector, where many countries emphasize quality education and equal opportunities, regular schools are being activated to serve children and adolescents with special educational needs, developing learning for all by putting inclusive educational policies into practice from curricular management, classroom management, outreach to parents of the inclusive classroom and inclusive parents in order to achieve success in the inclusive process. The objective of the article is to explore democratic practices to serve inclusive students in secondary schools in regular classrooms to achieve maximum potential, by consulting academic literatures. A qualitative approach was applied through a bibliographic review of the literature, with the PRISMA method for bibliographic systematization, it was possible to conclude that teachers do not have the preparation to attend to students with special educational needs in regular classrooms, it is very important to Engagement of parents in school for the success of inclusion, managers must promote a democratic and inclusive culture in the educational community.
