Teacher job satisfaction is a significant issue in the educational field, especially in Latin America, where the quality of education may be conditioned by the well-being of educators. This study aims to develop a conceptual model that integrates playful skills and organizational culture as key determinants of teacher job satisfaction, evaluating its applicability through a systematic review of existing literature. A systematic review was conducted, analyzing indexed research related to these constructs. The results suggest that playful skills not only enhance job satisfaction but also serve as mediators in the relationship with organizational culture. This finding proposes that educational institutions should implement strategies based on recreational dynamics to improve the work environment. The research suggests incorporating these elements into institutional culture, which could increase teacher job satisfaction, fostering a balanced and productive educational environment. This study opens new avenues for future research, indicating the need to explore further the interaction between these factors in various educational contexts.
