The objective of the research was to determine the influence of process management in the improvement of medical-legal services in a Peruvian Ministry of State, within the framework of a commitment and contribution to the sustainable development objectives, associated with the objective 8 decent work and economic growth. The study was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and positivist paradigm. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, with 20 questions per variable, validated by expert judgment. As a sample, 70 collaborators were considered to be evaluated, determining that 44.3% consider the importance of process management to achieve the improvement of medical-legal services at a high level, also the value of (Wald=24,540) and p =0.000 < 0.05 through the non-parametric Ordinal Logistic Regression test, the Nagelkerke value of 0.613 was also obtained, which represents 61.3% of the influence of process management on the improvement of services medical legal.
