This argumentative essay focuses on the emergent nature of some technologies that causes them to have a high degree of uncertainty, which in turn entails particularities in their management. The study was proposed as documentary information to analyze the theoretical arguments that have been built regarding emerging technologies and current trends in evaluative management in universities. In this sense, the management log is followed by Sallenave (2007), with the understanding that the manager is the one who takes an organization forward based on its performance, competitiveness and efficiency, guiding or directing the path to follow, by taking into consideration the contributions and concerns of collaborators. This is how the dynamism presented by world development, in the face of globalization conceived from the advance of emerging technologies, has led to the felt will of evaluative management to assume the processes and activities necessary in the technological readaptation of organizations, which have The purpose is the best use of its resources, the promotion of human talent efforts to reach optimal levels in its evaluation processes, that is, optimizing and organizing the processes, in such a way that efficient functioning and the competence that it demarcates are enabled. a path of permanent learning in the perspective of making correct decisions. It could be concluded that evaluative management in the field of emerging technology requires the need for universities to lead technological development promoting their impact on the productive sector, for which they require consolidating clear structures and policies on the subject, as well as a culture of intellectual property.
