The study conducted a systematic review of eleven research projects published between 2021 and 2025 to analyze how technical and productive education influenced graduates' employability. The methodology focused on open-access empirical articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. The results showed a heterogeneous influence: some graduates found employment in less than 18 months, while others faced difficulties due to a lack of soft skills or a mismatch between technical training and the labor market. It was highlighted that skills such as information technology, critical thinking, and problem-solving improved job placement, especially when integrated with soft skills. Furthermore, coordination between educational institutions and productive sectors was key to improving outcomes. The study concluded that technical and productive education has the potential to strengthen employability, but requires curricular updating, strengthening of transversal skills, and greater engagement with the workplace to respond to contemporary challenges.
