The results indicate positive acceptance and the need for training of health personnel for its adequate application. It is concluded that AI can be a key tool to improve the efficiency and quality of the public health service, all based on the analysis of the results of 68 people equivalent to 47.1% totally agree with its use, 36.8% indicate that they agree that it would improve and 14.7% are undecided.
