Abstract

LEZAMA GONZALES, Pedro Martin  and  ZEVALLOS LEON, Máximo. EXTENDED LANGUAGE MODELS (LLMS) FOR AGILE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: E-COMMERCE CASE. Aula Virtual [online]. 2025, vol.6, n.13, e566.  Epub Oct 25, 2025. ISSN 2665-0398.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17425150.

The integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in project management fosters innovation, enhances versatility, and contributes to sustainable development by improving project selection and prioritization, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) (whether supportive, controlling, or directive). In addition to more efficient and faster project definition, planning, and reporting, the use of virtual project assistants and advanced testing systems and software is creating a new role for project managers. Project management is no longer just about managing projects; it is now about steering organizations toward a future defined by smart technology and strategic excellence. This research conducts a comprehensive evaluation and comparison of different Large Language Models (LLMs) (Sage, Claude, ChatGPT, and Bard) for the agile development of an e-commerce platform. The plans proposed by these models were analyzed and compared in terms of effectiveness, accuracy, and adaptability to changing project requirements.

Keywords : Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI); Project Management Office (PMO); Large Language Model (LLM); E-Commerce; GPT.
