The study aimed to determine the impact of the Comprehensive Health Care Model by Life Course (CHC-Model) on family risk during the 2021-2022 period. It employed a non-experimental, cross-sectional, causal-correlational, and retrospective design. The population consisted of 100 family records, analyzed through the documentary review technique and a data collection sheet validated by experts. The results showed that 57% of families received partial implementation of the CHC-Model, 31% showed no implementation, and only 12% achieved full application. In 2021, 85% of families presented medium or high family risk, a proportion that decreased to 41% in 2022. Although most records contained adequate information about household members and individual risks, home visits were registered in only 26% of cases. It is concluded that the implementation of the CHC-Model was partial, focusing mainly on women of childbearing age and children under three years old. The observed reduction in family risk suggests a positive effect of the model; however, the limited coverage and lack of continuity in actions restricted its comprehensive scope at the primary level of care.
