Administrative management (GA) is a key component in any entity to the extent that it provides the tools and the relevant framework for the achievement of organizational goals. In view of this, the general objective was to determine the importance of administrative management in public entities. To this end, a basic methodology was used, a bibliographic analysis technique to 33 documents from Scopus and SciELO between 2020 and 2024. The findings obtained from comparative research have shown that an appropriate GA guarantees the functional efficiency of public entities. It was concluded that the research reviewed has indicated that the various aspects related to OG in state organizations require the exercise of basic administrative functions in the search for the improvement of organizational competencies for the offer of suitable services to the community.
