Laparoscopic education has emerged as a fundamental component of advanced surgical training, requiring an integrated approach that connects theory, practice, and clinical experience. This study proposes a Modular Fellowship Praxology based on hospital-private academy synergy as a model for interdisciplinary training. The research was conducted under an interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach and a hermeneutic phenomenological method, allowing for an understanding of the experiences of the social actors involved: a resident, a faculty member, and a hospital manager. Through in-depth interviews and theoretical triangulation, the participants' perceptions, meanings, and practices were explored, facilitating the construction of a theoretical approach that integrates the training modules, experiential learning, and interdisciplinary interaction. The results highlight the importance of cooperation between private hospitals and academic institutions to optimize surgical training, enhance technical skills, and consolidate practice-based learning. The proposed model emphasizes the integration of theory and practice through structured modules that consider lived experience, critical reflection, and professional ethics. This research contributes to the consolidation of innovative educational strategies in laparoscopic surgery, offering a methodological framework adaptable to different hospital and academic settings.
